Returns and refunds
Every piece is handmade. If something is wrong with your order, we will put it right.
Handmade variation
Small differences in line and colour between a piece and its photo are part of handmade batik and are not a reason for return.
Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order code and photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Other returns
Please message us before sending anything back. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item was damaged or wrong.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer in rupiah to the account you give us.
